We are constantly looking for ways to reduce and streamline shipping for our kilns. As part of this, we are experimenting with different packaging methods. Shipping costs will be shown on your invoice.
 

Pricing generally depends on:

• Your distance from metropolitan hubs

• Whether your address is residential or commercial (commercial delivery is usually cheaper)

• Whether a tail lift is required
   

We always recommend planning ahead of delivery of our kilns with regards to moving and install of your kiln as they are quite heavy. Most of our kilns, packed with furniture, stands and pallets weigh over 100kg, so we recommend taking this into consideration when planning and ordering your kiln.

We are now shipping our kilns with pallets seperate (stand goes around kiln on pallet) as this helps greatly reduce risk of damage and cost of freight to your location however this does mean your kiln will need to be placed on its stand so we recommend arranging some help ahead of time. Our kiln weights vary but are approximately:

ECO30: 60kg

ECO50: 70kg

ECO70: 80kg

ECO120: 100kg

For most of our kilns we recommend 2-4 people to help lift but this depends on the individuals.
