SHIPPING RATES

We are constantly looking for ways to reduce and streamline shipping for our kilns. As part of this, we are experimenting with different packaging methods. Shipping costs will be shown on your invoice.
 

Pricing generally depends on:

  • Your distance from metropolitan hubs

  • Whether your address is residential or commercial (commercial delivery is usually cheaper)

  • Whether a tail lift is required
     

We always recommend planning ahead of delivery of our kilns with regards to moving and install of your kiln as they are quite heavy. All of our kilns weigh over 30kg, once packed on pallets and with furniture can be quite heavy so we recommend taking this into consideration when planning and ordering your kiln. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once your order has been place via a deposit it cannot be changed or canceled. However, you should contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes in your circumstances. In rare cases, and upon receipt of a written explanation, a partial or full refund of the deposit may be granted at our discretion. If Easy Kilns grants a refund for your order, it may take up to 5 business days to be processed to your account.
