SHIPPING RATES
We are constantly looking for ways to reduce and streamline shipping for our kilns. As part of this, we are experimenting with different packaging methods. Shipping costs will be shown on your invoice.
Pricing generally depends on:

Your distance from metropolitan hubs

Whether your address is residential or commercial (commercial delivery is usually cheaper)

Whether a tail lift is required
We always recommend having at least two strong people to move our kilns. The BLAZE and our knife kilns weigh 20–30 kg and can be carried by one person. All ECO kilns weigh over 30 kg, and fully packaged with furniture, they weigh even more.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once your order has been place via a deposit it cannot be changed or canceled. However, you should contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes in your circumstances. In rare cases, and upon receipt of a written explanation, a partial or full refund of the deposit may be granted at our discretion. If Easy Kilns grants a refund for your order, it may take up to 5 business days to be processed to your account.
