ABOUT EASY KILNS
Easy Kilns began when Alex, while studying design at university, needed to fire his own ceramic work but could not find an affordable, high-quality kiln made locally. That challenge inspired years of development, testing, and innovation. Since then, Easy Kilns has created and refined numerous prototypes and proudly supplied kilns to artists, studios, and schools across Australia. Each kiln is built for reliability, performance, and ease of use.
Our goal is simple: to make Australian-made, high-performance kilns accessible to creators across Australia and New Zealand. Every kiln is engineered to perform consistently, firing flawlessly time after time. Designed with repairability in mind, all components are serviceable and replaceable, ensuring your kiln can continue firing for decades. Consumables such as elements and thermocouples are readily available through our online store, backed by direct factory support.

All Easy Kilns are designed by Systems Engineer and Industrial Designer Alexander Burton, a recipient of the Good Design Australia Gold Award, the James Dyson Award, and the Victorian Premier’s Design Award.
